Standard Delivery

• Most in-stock orders are delivered within 6–10 working days, depending on postcode and product availability.
• Available on most stocked items.
• Mainland UK coverage.
• Delivery charges start from £22.

Delivery Costs

• Standard delivery starts from £22.
• Free standard delivery is available on orders over £399, subject to delivery location and product type.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver to mainland UK addresses.
• Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other extended areas may be subject to longer lead times or additional charges.
• Please contact us before ordering if your delivery address is in one of these areas.

Receiving Your Delivery

Someone must be available to receive, inspect, and sign for the goods on delivery.

Some items, including doors and flooring, may be delivered on a pallet or by a larger vehicle, so please ensure there is suitable access at the delivery address.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and report any damage, shortages, or issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Delays and Backorders

If an item is unavailable or your delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible with an update.
