Delivery & Returns

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Delivery times will depend on product availability, delivery location, and courier scheduling.

Delivery Information

If an item is not immediately in stock, we will advise you of the estimated lead time when confirming your order.

Some products may be delivered directly from our suppliers. If your order includes items from different manufacturers or ranges, your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

Most of our products are delivered within an estimated 6–10 working days from the date of order, subject to stock availability and successful delivery arrangement. Some products may have different lead times, which will be shown on the relevant product page where applicable.

Delivery lead times are estimates only and may be affected by stock levels, courier scheduling, supplier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Kerbside Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are made to the kerbside only. Delivery drivers are not permitted to enter your property or move goods inside.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. Many of our products are heavy or bulky, so you should ensure that suitable assistance is available to move the goods safely into your property.

If your delivery address has access restrictions, such as narrow roads or vehicle size limitations, you must let us know before dispatch so that we can advise the courier where possible.

Delivery Confirmation

You may be contacted by the courier or delivery provider to arrange or confirm a delivery date. Delivery may not be attempted until confirmation has been received where required by the courier.

Where available, deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm. Some couriers may provide an estimated delivery window, but this cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout mainland UK.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, the Outer Hebrides, Shetland, Dublin, and other non-mainland or extended areas may be available on request but may be subject to additional charges and longer lead times.

If your postcode falls within an extended delivery area, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any additional transport charges. Postcodes including AB, IV, KW, and PA may incur extra delivery charges depending on the size, weight, and supplier of the goods.

Bank holidays and warehouse closures may result in additional lead time.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout based on the products in your basket and the delivery postcode provided.

Checking Your Order

Please inspect your goods as soon as possible after delivery and before any fitting, finishing, or installation work is carried out.

If any item appears damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsuitable on arrival, please notify the courier where possible and contact us as soon as reasonably possible with full details, including your order number and photographs where available.

We may not be able to accept claims for damaged or defective goods where issues are reported late or after installation or alteration has taken place.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or collection where applicable.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have the right to notify us of your intention to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Once you have notified us of your intention to return, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. We reserve the right to make deductions where returned goods show signs of use, handling beyond what is necessary, damage, or incomplete packaging.

Some items may be non-returnable or subject to separate return conditions, including made-to-order, bespoke, special-order, or clearly personalised products. Where this applies, it will normally be stated on the product listing or confirmed at the time of order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Card refunds are subject to normal banking timescales and may take up to 14 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds made by bank transfer may take up to 5 working days once processed, depending on the receiving bank.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
